Day
2
(70 min)
We
looked at the programs the students created as homework assignments.
Algis introduced the chain reaction project and had them draw from
a hat (rather a red bucket) one input and one output.
Michael introduced assorted sensors that the students might use in
their projects.
Anna shared some thoughts about some design and artistic possibilities
for their assignment.
Mike and I showed clips from The
Way Things Go and a Chain Reaction event with Arthur Ganson that
we participated in at the Exploratorium. We also introduced a few
home-made sensors and showed more examples of inputs and outputs.
